American Pavilion specializes in large Losberger and Hoecker clear span warehouses, which can be installed in as little as one day. Pouring concrete footings, foundations or pads can be done in the dead of winter with one of our heated, temporary warehouses. Last winter, one client not only poured concrete with outside temperatures of 20 below zero, they even built the entire first story of a motel, all under a large temporary warehouse. Our temporary warehouses range in size from a couple thousand square feet to over 100,000 square feet. With no interior supports or exterior guy-lines, American Pavilion's clear span warehouses provide the perfect working space for large equipment, including forklifts, concrete trucks and even semi-trucks. Overhead doors, hard side walls and lighting are just some of the options that can be provided.
